Jeff Dewing founded Cloud in 2011 as a disruptive model in the delivery of facilities management.  Through the development of its proprietary work-flow management system, Freedom, Cloud was recognised by The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the category of Innovation in 2019 as offering a uniquely comprehensive and transparent facilities management operations eco-system. Throughout the Covid pandemic, Cloud under Jeff Dewing’s leadership, and in partnership with the University of Essex’s Centre for Computational Intelligence, developed an IoT platform, Mindsett, designed to eliminate waste and help companies to manage their path to net zero, profitably.  Since 2019, Cloud has received international recognition for its continuing innovations in the world of PropTech applications.  The continuing success of Mindsett, has evolved further into providing asset maintenance and capital expenditure insights, which in turn are enabling the elusive predictive maintenance, to become a reality for Cloud clients.
